We have 3-4 litters a year, due to overwhelming requests for puppies we have decided to go with a waitlist. You could be on the list for up to a year or possibly longer for the right puppy.
We have 1 waitlist, your name moves up the list as people get a puppy. If your name comes up for a puppy and you aren’t ready we will keep you on the waitlist. To get on the wait list I will require a Non refundable deposit of $100.00 and the questionnaire to be completed. Once I receive the questionnaire and you are approved I will send you our information. This non refundable deposit will go towards the total price of the puppy. Regardless of which dog you wish to pick your puppy from, puppies will always be chosen in the order of the wait list deposits. After puppies are born I will send out emails to those next in line and at that time I will require an additional non refundable deposit of $300.00 (total fee to reserve is $400.00) this is applied to the total price of the puppy which is $1800.00. The balance of $1400.00 will be paid in CASH at the time of puppy pick up there will be no exceptions.
All puppies are $1800 with limited AKC REGISTRATION (pet families only) first shots, regular deworming, and 1 year health guarantee.
Breeder reserves the right to pick of litter male and/or female of any litter at anytime for any reason.
Breeder reserves the right to deny anyone a puppy for any reason at any time.

Maggie - Puppies arrived August 2, 4 males and 4 females.
We have 2 females and 1 male still available. Bodie is the sire to this litter. Maggie and Bodie have great temperaments. I feel most of this litter will be more of a Golden color not real light and not real dark. All will have first set of vaccines, and will have been vet checked prior to going to new homes. My puppies are mostly litter trained by the time they go to their forever homes as well. Going to forever homes October 1 & 2.
